1. Collection of personal and other information
Information is collected through HSPK.VN's website to ensure:
Support customers when buying products at HSPK.VN;

2. In case of using and transferring Customer's information, HSPK will:

The card payment system is provided by payment gateway partners that have been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards at HSPK.VN ensure compliance with industry security standards.
The policy of payment transactions by international and domestic cards to ensure compliance with the security standards of payment gateway partners include:
Customer's financial information will be protected during the transaction by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

4. Transaction security policy in payment of HSPK.VN applies to Customer.
(i) HSPK.VN provides a token storage facility – only stores the encrypted string provided by the payment gateway partner provided to HSPK.VN. HSPK.VN does not store Customer card information. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed payment gateway partner.
(ii) For international cards: Customer's payment information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on HSPK.VN system, the payment gateway partner will store and keep it confidential.
(iii) For domestic cards (internet banking), HSPK.VN only stores order code, transaction code and bank name.
(iv) HSPK.VN is committed to strictly implementing necessary security measures for all payment activities carried out on HSPK.VN.
5. Confidentiality of information for Members and Customers.
(i) Member is solely responsible for the security and storage of all activities using the Service under his/her username and password. Members are responsible for promptly informing HSPK.VN Website about unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, retention of usernames and passwords of third parties to take appropriate measures. fit.
(ii) The Member shall not use the services on the HSPK.VN Website for illegal, unreasonable, fraudulent, threatening purposes, probe information of the HSPK.VN Website or use it for speculative purposes. , manipulating the market to create fake orders and offers, even serving to judge market demand. (iii) The Customer is solely responsible for the security and storage of all service use activities under his/her username, password and email box.
(iv) The Customer is responsible for promptly notifying HSPK.VN of any unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, keeping their username and password for the two parties to cooperate in handling. physical.
