I. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE POLICY:

1. For used machines

Warranty period of 03 months for electrical control part from the date of delivery / acceptance.

2. For new machine

Warranty for a period of 12 months (24 months for the control system depending on the type of machine) from the date of receipt and acceptance or according to the manufacturer's policy under the contract.

II. COMMITMENT TO WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALE SERVICES

During the warranty period, as soon as we receive the buyer's notice of the damage to the equipment if it is not due to the fault of the user, we will promptly replace or repair the damaged equipment by new equipment. Any costs related to replacement will be borne by HSPK.

Within 24 hours from the time of receiving the notice from the customer, HSPK's technical staff will be there to handle the customer.

III. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The machine is still under warranty.
Serial number and warranty stamp must be intact on the machine.
The machine must be operated in accordance with the conditions of the Seller or the manufacturer.

For damage caused by the manufacturer's fault, in order to prioritize the fastest operation of the machine, depending on the actual condition, hspk vietnam technical co.,ltd will consider replacing or repairing.

IV. CASES NOT OUT OF WARRANTY

1. The machine has expired warranty.

2. The machine is damaged due to natural disasters, floods, lightning strikes, fires, explosions, etc. or other force majeure events.

3. The machine is strongly impacted, dropped, short-circuited, with insects entering the machine/electrical cabinet causing damage, rust, vandalism, etc., collectively referred to as damage caused by external factors.

4. The machine is damaged due to the user's fault.

5. The machine is damaged due to improper use in accordance with the user manual, improper use of functions and functions of the machine, installation and operation not in accordance with specifications and regulations in Section 1 above.

6. The machine has been repaired by the Buyer or a 3rd party, replaced by spare parts of the machine, or moved to a different location than the original location.
