Maximum protection for Agents against market fluctuations.
Protect customers for Agents, ensure fairness across the entire distribution system.
Together with the agent to expand the market and expand the dealer's distribution channel.
1/ DISCOUNTS FOR REGULAR PURCHASES:
Based on the committed quarterly sales, your agents will be able to participate in a discount program on sales exclusively for agents.
When reaching the committed sales volume, your agent will enjoy a discount according to the agreed rate from the beginning of the quarter.
This DISCOUNT policy is independent and is conducted in parallel with other business support or promotion programs from Manufacturers/Distributors to your agents.
2/ PRICE POLICY, PRICE PROTECTION:
Purchase price:
Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, your agent will enjoy the price policy for the corresponding agent level.
Price policy is built to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for agents in the market.
In the event that the Manufacturer/Distributor reduces the selling price, the Dealer is protected by price protection for items of the same type according to the correct quantity and code of the imported goods in stock of the Dealer, verified within 30 days. days from the date of the discount notice.
In the event that the Manufacturer/Distributor increases the selling price, the agent will be notified in advance at least 45 to 60 days in advance to have an appropriate import policy.
Customer protection for Agents:
Agents are encouraged to expand the market to increase the number of customers and to become the exclusive distribution agent in the planned areas of the system.
Agents are granted Dealer code, this code will be provided by Agents to their customers for the purpose that when the Dealer's customers contact the Distributor directly, the Distributor will request the customer. If the customer code belongs to any agent, the Distributor will transfer the customer to that Agent.
In the case of retail customers who contact the Distributor directly, the distributor will be introduced to the place where the Dealer has an area where the customer resides.
Distributors protect the right to develop at new locations for Agents throughout the distribution channel for a minimum of 3 months and no more than 6 months.
3/ CONTRACT OF PRINCIPLE AND DEBTITIES:
Contract principles:
After the two parties sign the Principle Contract, your agent will be included in the Distributor's preferential list and enjoy the Distributor's agent policies.
Purchase debt:
Your agent pays 100% before delivery.
On the basis of cooperation results and payment history, your agent will enjoy better incentives on credit and debt policies.
In case your agent makes a 1-year bank guarantee with the amount depending on the agent's business needs and financial capacity. On that basis, your agent will enjoy a credit limit of 40% to 70% with a maximum debt term of 30 days.
4/ SUPPORT POLICY:
Support for PR - Marketing:
Dealers are supported catalogs, leaflets, banners, ... according to the programs of Distributors and HSPK. Information about your agent will be advertised with the distributor on the mass media and the website of Hspk.vn
Agents are entitled to participate in all promotions and sales promotion programs of Manufacturers/Distributors.
Your agent is certified as an official agent of the Manufacturer and Distributor.
Agents are updated with information about prices, information about goods, products, policies of the company and distributors, marketing programs, sales promotion documents.
Technical support, solutions:
Dealers are provided with technical support by phone., on-site technical support when required as well as in cases beyond the scope of handling will be supported and undertaken by the Manufacturer's Engineering.
Agents are trained and trained according to the program, by Agent level corresponding to each product line, technology and sales knowledge under the program of the Manufacturer/Distributor when the program is available.
When participating in the bid and project, your agent will be consulted and supported by the Manufacturer/Distributor in terms of solutions and techniques if required.
Merchandise support:
Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of invoice, your agent will be exchanged for a new one if the product is determined to be at fault of the Manufacturer. In the event that there are no exchanged goods, the Distributor will support the dealer to solve the problem in the best way.
Return goods: In case the goods and prices are not in accordance with the purchase agreement, the agent has the right to return the goods to the Distributor. The return of goods is made within 7 days from the date of issuing the invoice and signing the delivery note.
